  • Interactive Websites contains lots of games kids can play to practice important reading skills like cause and effect, main idea etc.There are also links for teachers!

  • ReadWriteThink, from the International Reading Association and the National Council of Teachers of English, has student interactives to support reading skills.

  • Professor Garfield is an interactive space full of reading and writing activities with comics and games.
  • Literacy Head is a great reading website.
  • Reading Rockets is a terrific website for students, teachers, and families. Will provide links to other websites and blogs, while keeping you apprised of the latest research surrounding literacy instruction.
